Something for Everyone

BSYC offers a variety of membership categories, all with specific benefits.  However, our most popular categories are:

Senior Sailing ($420)

For people who want to sail and are over 18.  (Students, members of sailability and pensioners over the age of 65 are eligible for concessions).  Senior members have full voting rights, are entitled to a 20% discount on the cost of hiring the function centre and receive a 10% discount on the cost of their party’s meals at Friday’s bistro.  The fee includes all race nominations and first year members benefit by a 50% discount.

Social Members ($60):

For people who don’t want to sail but wish to enjoy the Club’s facilities and programs and are over 18.  Social members are entitled to a 20% discount on the cost of hiring the function centre and receive a 10% discount on the cost of their party’s meals at Friday’s bistro.  All social members receive one 2 for 1 meal voucher redeemable at our Friday evening bistro.

Junior Members ($105)

This is for people under the age of 18 as at 1st May in a current year.  It includes all race nominations and YSA levies and junior members benefit from coaching on Saturday mornings between 9am and 12 noon during the season.

Corporate or Group Membership
