When deciding on a venue to hold a function you will be influenced by three elements; the location, the service, the price.

Weddings

The Brighton and Seacliff Yacht Club is Adelaide’s best location for a private and secluded beach side wedding reception and our Upper Deck function area, with balcony and deck, overlooks the quiet sands of Seacliff Beach with the Gulf of St Vincent beyond. We offer menu options catering for all tastes and our friendly and flexible staff will ensure this most important day goes without incident.

Celebrations

Birthday Parties (21st and above), engagements, christenings, wakes, summer barbecues... we do them all! Guests have the option of two function areas, the special Upper Deck with balcony and views of the Gulf or the less formal Mariners Bar with front lawn and barbecue area... with immediate access to the beach. We welcome bands and DJs and can offer advice on how to make your celebration memorable.

Conferences

Brighton and Seacliff Yacht Club presents three rooms ideally suited for large conferences of up to 100 or small meetings that require intimacy and seclusion. And why not build some action into the itinerary by going sailing or standup paddleboarding! We offer a variety of menus to suit all needs including projector screen, television and DVD player, microphone, white boards and flip chart.

We offer all our guests a personalised service and our staff are always available to answer questions and assist in planning. Our services can include set up and break down of the venue if required.

Our Location

BSYC is at the southern end of the Esplanade at Seacliff, 30 minutes from Adelaide’s CBD, and we offer a stunning, private, beach location with public car parking for over 100. We offer 2 function areas, all air conditioned:

The Upper Deck includes a deck, balcony and dance floor and is serviced by a kitchen and fully stocked bar.
The Mariners Bar is less formal and is located on the ground floor. It opens onto our front lawn and barbecue area.

BSYC is located at the southern end of the Esplanade at Seacliff, approximately 30 minutes south of Adelaide’s CBD. Looking over the Gulf of St Vincent , BSYC is relatively sheltered at the foot of Marino Rocks and we are directly beside Kingston Caravan Park and serviced by both train and bus.

Getting here from Adelaide CBD

Take Anzac Highway and turn left onto Brighton Road. Turn right onto Jetty Road at Brighton and then left onto The Esplanade and keep going until you reach the public car park.

Getting here from Eastern Suburbs

Take Goodwood Road and then Main South Road. Turn right onto Seacombe Rd. Turn left onto Brighton Road and then immediately right onto Wheatland Street. At The Esplanade turn left until you reach the car park

Getting here from the south

From Hallett Cove go north on Ocean Boulevard and turn left onto Wheatland Street. At the Esplanade turn left until you reach the car park. Otherwise go north on the Expressway or Main South Road and turn left onto Seacombe then Brighton Road and Wheatland Road.
